The helicopter doesn't seem to have anything to do with Nyngan but was donated to the city council (doesnt say why) it looked interesting!
Reaching Bourke about 2 we parked up at the caravan park which was beautiful (polished wooden doors in bathrooms and flash camp kitchen) and headed into town for a look-see. We found the old wharf, weir and river we also found the paddle boat which left from behind the carvan park.
The night grew colder and colder but it wasn't as cold as it had been and looked like being a plesant night. For those who have asked why im falling behind on my blogs its a combination of Olivia refusing to go to bed at night, the internet not always working and the fact that it has just been too cold and snuggling under a blanket has held much more appeal! I'm almost caught up now so have fun reading!
